About Me

Hi, I'm Mrs. Blize. This is the start of my 16th year in education. I have taught kinder through 5th grade. I love teaching and learning. I have wanted to be a teacher since the 5th grade, my teacher Mrs. Lechler, changed education for me that year and I want to do the same for these students.  I think that learning is a constant and wonderful thing about life. I believe if  you are not learning you are not growing. I set high expectations for my students and know they will reach them and some. Outside of teaching and running the after-school program, I love kayaking, traveling, playing darts and spending time with family and my fur kids (2 blue heelers).

Hola, soy la Sra. Blize. Este es el comienzo de mi decimosexto año en educación. He impartido clases desde preescolar hasta quinto grado. Me encanta enseñar y aprender. He querido ser maestra desde quinto grado; mi maestra, la Sra. Lechler, cambió mi educación ese año y quiero hacer lo mismo con estos estudiantes. Creo que aprender es algo constante y maravilloso de la vida. Creo que si no aprendes, no creces. Tengo altas expectativas para mis estudiantes y sé que las alcanzarán. Además de enseñar y dirigir el programa extraescolar, me encanta hacer kayak, viajar, jugar a los dardos y pasar tiempo con mi familia y mis mascotas (dos perros de caza).
